About
I’m a Master Intuitive Psychology Coach, Creative Facilitator and artist. I believe we all have an inner wisdom that knows the way forward, but life’s experiences, expectations and self-doubt can cause us to lose touch with it. My work is about helping people reconnect with that wisdom through Intuitive Psychology and creative practices, so they can feel more like themselves again.
I grew up in Pembrokeshire, West Wales, and my love of creativity led me to study Printed Textiles and Decorative Arts before working as an artist, interior design consultant and teacher. My travels through Mexico and India have had a lasting influence on my artwork, inspiring richly layered paintings filled with texture, colour, pattern and symbolism.

For many years, I looked outward for inspiration. Then, following the loss of my father, everything changed. Searching for a way to process my grief and reconnect with myself, I discovered Creative Journaling. What began as a personal practice became a powerful way of exploring my thoughts, emotions and inner world. Through this process, I rediscovered my Creative Spark and found that creativity wasn’t simply about making art, it was about reconnecting with myself.
That experience inspired me to study for a Foundation Degree in Creative Arts Therapies and later qualify as a Master Intuitive Psychology Coach. Along the way, I came to understand that the same qualities that nurture creativity - intuition, curiosity and self-reflection, also support healing, personal growth and meaningful change.
Today, I bring these threads together through coaching, Creative Journaling, workshops and my artwork. Whether I’m working one-to-one, facilitating a group or creating in my studio, my aim is always the same: to offer a supportive space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, trust their own inner wisdom and discover new possibilities for growth, creativity and living a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are.
